Fit Public was designed in Australia for You. Wherever you find yourself in your daily adventures you can be confident and comfortable knowing that your clothing will support you with whatever the day holds.

We’re not just fit clothing; we’re active casual wear. Fitness is for everybody whether you’re starting; or advanced and we know you need the right clothing.

We’re quality, durable and we’re fashionable so if you have a Pilates work out at 6am or a flight at 9am; know you’ll be going in comfort and style. Our products are made with the highest-grade materials, tested and word to ensure that they will last the distance.

Sizing

Fit Public clothing is a standard fit. Unless otherwise stated in a specific product description all Adults products sold by Fit Public Australia are sized in accordance with Australian standard sizes and are a western fit.

SIZE CONVERSION:

Each product has a different fit and size, we recommend reading the below resources to first understand if it is a regular fit, oversized or slim fit - as this may change the size that you require depending on how you like your products to fit.

As a standard guide, please see below conversion as a guide: 

WOMEN'S CLOTHING: 
Size XXS = AU Size 0-2
Size XS = AU Size 4-6
Size S = AU Size 8-10
Size M = AU Size 12
Size L = AU Size 14
Size XL = AU Size 16
Size XXL = AU Size 18
Size 3XL = AU Size 20

Note the above chart excludes UNISEX products. Please refer to the garment measurements to find the best fit.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange.

We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.

We do not accept the return of any fake tan, or accessories unless defective or faulty.

All clothing must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal where applicable as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified. 

To submit a return for store credit or return, email info@fitpublicshop.com or log into your Fit Public account and click 'Return Items' next to your order.

Store credit will be issued for all returns, as long as the items comply with our Returns Policy.

Location

Fit Public currently operates as an online business in Australia only. We currently do not have physical stores so the best contact options is through our social media pages or our email contact.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders placed the same day if before 12pm. If your order is placed after this time, on a weekend, or Public Holiday, we aim to have these dispatched the next business day. We have a flat shipping rate of $9.95 Australia wide. Orders placed over $150 or more receive free shipping.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

Please note, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

Our stock can tend to move fast!

We want you to be able to experience Fit Public of which we will always do our best to accommodate your request and size where we can. If an item you do love is currently showing out of stock; reach out to us via email and we will provide an indicative response to you of a suitable shipping timeline if applicable.
